Yellow tea firstly produced during the Tang Dynasty more than 1300 years ago.  Its produce process is very special and of some mysterious color, which brings about some complex and subtle changes which get rid of astringent taste of green tea and originate a distinctive aroma. The tea is yellow both in Leaves and infusion.
